GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS/CONTRIBUTORS

 General Guidelines

  • Selection shall be done on the basis of Blind Refree Decision of Editorial Advisory Board and the Institute shall be final and binding.
  • The cover page shall have the title of the paper, author’s name, designation, official address, contact number and email address. In case of multiple authors the cover page should indicate the author to whom correspondence should be addressed.
  • An abstract of not more than 150-200 words along with five-seven key words, in alphabetical order, is to be attached on the second page.
  • The contribution must be original, neither published nor under consideration for publication anywhere else.
  • The author (s) is to submit a duly filled copyright form/claim of originality in a prescribed format( which shall be sent once the paper is accepted by the editorial and referee panel).

Guidelines for formatting the paper

  • Figures and diagrams downloaded from Internet are not acceptable.
  • Only Black & White figures/diagrams/pictures are to be included, coloured not acceptable.
  • The word ‘References’ is to appear as heading.
  • Entire paper is to be submitted in single Column format.
  • References are to be given separately at the end of the paper and the entries are to be arranged alphabetically.
  • Follow APA Style of referencing (6th Edition) as given below:
  • Book: Author, A.A.. (Year of Publication). Title of work. Publisher City, State: Publisher.  e.g., Webb, T.(1999). The Internet and Health care, 2nd edition, Chicago, USA: Health Administration Press.
  •  Journal: Author, A.A.. (Publication Year). Article title. Periodical Title, Volume(Issue), pp.-pp. e.g., Azoulay, P.(2002) Do Pharmaceutical Sales Respond to Scientific Evidence?.Journal of Economics and Management Strategy, 11(4),551-559.
  • Website: Author, A.A.. (Year, Month Date of Publication). Article title. Retrieved from URL e.g.,Sharma, S.(2007,September 4).New Patent Regime in India: Challenges and future of the Pharmaceutical industry. Retrieved from  http://works.bepress.com/shashi_sharma/
  • In-Text Citations: (Author1 & Author2, Year of Publication) e.g.,Efforts exerted by the field force of the company along with the sales promotion efforts exerted at the distributor end(Sagar & Kalaskar, 2012).
  • Foot Note on the first page should be in Font size: 8, Running (unbold) and is to bear designation of author (s), name of Institution and Email Address with numeric number matching with the sequence of authors; e.g.,1Associate Professor, Management Education & Research Institute, New Delhi, abc@gmail.com
  • Margin on all four sides is to be 1 inch.
