JOB Responsibilities: Sourcing and qualifying relevant candidates through Job portals, references. · Strong experience in the screening of potential candidates and coordinating with the HR manager to meet the requisite standards of recruitment expectations. · Scheduled face to face interviews after pre-qualifying the candidates. · Team player with focus on sharing industry best practices with team members. · Excellent /Good verbal and written communication skills is a must for this position. Desired Candidate Profile Should have relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment. Should have good knowledge of different technological skill set hiring within the TAT. Should be self-motivated and take ownership of the entire recruiting process. Should possess excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skill. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
