Job Responsibilities      :  Business Development Executive 

  • The candidate will be responsible for meeting the clients at the construction site.
  •  The candidate needs to collect the data from Construction site
  •  The candidate will be responsible for making the sales forecast.
  •  He/she needs to update the sales CRM portal everyday
  •  Should be encouraged to have complete knowledge and well versed with

all our products, right in the training period before hitting the floor.

  •  Needs to develop good relationship with Architects, Builders and Contractors
  •  Should have the art of building and enhancing Relationship management with Key Channel Partners and Clients
  •  Designing and implementation of new sales & marketing strategies under the purview of their respective line managers
  •  Identification of areas of network expansion / correction and recommendation of suitable parties within the territory
  •  Conveying the latest Market developments to the management

JOB DESCRIPTION        : PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels
  •  Coordination with Accounts department
  •  Would be responsible for all the cash transactions
  •  Would be responsible for day to day work (e.g. Issue of ID cards, visiting cards, etc.)

Requirements :

  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with·

vendors)

  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  •  Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
  •  Negotiation skills
  •  Good in numbers; mathematics and written communication·

JOB DESCRIPTION        : SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  •  Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  •  Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  •  Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  •  Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  •  Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  •  Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  •  Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  •  Maintain office decorum
  •  Arrange and coordinate showroom requirements
  • Regular follow up with clients for pending things
  •  Handling MIS and CRM software
  •  Coordination of other teams like : Backend, Designer, Installation team, Production
  •  Team, Dispatch Team and Supervisors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  •  Good in computer skills (MS Office & Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  A team player with high level of dedication
