Purpose of the Job
This is a unique opportunity to work in the areas of Customer experience as well as Sales. The role exists: To create excellence in every customer moment& win them over as “friends for life”.Serve our friends with simple and transparent digital experiences leading to warm & personalized outcomes.Deliver defect free resolutions with speed and honesty and explore life enriching experiences to GROW products and services for our friends and their families
Deliverables (key responsibilities)
Customer Service Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution Generate Sales leads  Responsible for driving sales for various Vodafone Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my  Vodafone APP, WYNK, Vodafone TV etc. for new & existing Vodafone customers.Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly. Compliance Ensure compliance with policies and procedures& expected code of conduct.Ensure completion of store operational requirements

Salary : 3 lacs per annum
Date of Interview: 15 Oct 10:30 am at MERI College ( Auditorium 4th floor)
Educational Level Must have:
BBA – 2020 batch
Joining: immediate joining
