QUALIFICATIONFresher MBA with specialization in HR with excellent communication skills. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION– 

  • Result orientation towards recruitment goals 
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Sourcing and first-level evaluation of candidates for all Technology Hiring, Drive process improvements in our recruiting processes (e.g., skill evaluation, tools and processes, best practices in candidate handling) 
  • Manage focused hiring drives 
  • Planning and create hiring plans 
  • Report status of hiring plans, identify improvement opportunities and corrective plan 
  • Induction & Orientation 
  • Leave Management 
  • Performance Management 
  • Policy development and documentation

CTC OFFERED: The students will be on a training period for 3 months and during that tenure their salary package would be- RS. 1,50,000/- per annum post 3 months, When they will be the permanent employee with us, their package would be ranging from RS. 2,50,000-3,00,000/- per annum.

BOND: They will also have to sign a bond for 2yrs including their training period.
