Process Flow / List of ducuments for IPU Admission Reporting

Process Flow For Reporting

Step 1– Filling up the Application Form

(available at https://meri.edu.in/meri/  –> Admissions  –> online admission form 2021 )

Collect Print out of the above form from Library.

Step 2– Preparation of document file (two sets as per the sequence mentioned)

Step 3– Get your documents verified at the verification desk of Respective course.

Step 4– Payment of fee through the payment link sent on e-mail .

Step 5– Get Receipt of fee payment from accounts department.

Step 6– Enclosed copy of fee receipt to document file and get it verified at verification desk.

Step 7-Submit the file for Final reporting at university portal in the library.

Step 8– Collection of reporting slip.

*Note: Reporting will be completed after collection of reporting slip from library. No students should leave without collection of reporting slip.

  4. All Marksheet of Qualifying Examination (10 th & 12 th /Graduation/(Semester

  5. Undertaking of Result awaited cases. (Result before 31 st Dec,2021)
  6. Medical Certificate
  7. Character Certificate Original not older than six months.
  8. In case of reserved category, copy of certificate
  9. In case of distance learning centre proof
  10. Anti Ragging undertaking by student
  11. Anti ragging undertaking by parent.
  12. Undertaking for Interim fees
