Designation: <\/strong>Client Acquisition Manager<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Location:<\/strong> Indore (M.P)<\/strong>                     Department:Sales         <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criteria:<\/strong> Minimum <\/strong>55% throughout X, XII, UG & PG (With not more than 1-year gap between any of them).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SALARY OFFERED: 3.5 LPA <\/strong>+ Incentives. <\/strong>Retention Bonus:<\/strong> 10 K Post completion of 6 months & 15 K post completion of 12 months.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting to: Business Manager \u2013 Sales Accountability:<\/strong> Client Acquisition, Client Relationship management and Revenue Generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong> \u2022 Effectively engaging with the clients and generating the set targeted revenue \u2022 Analyzing, differentiating and converting clients from hot prospects by calling on qualified leads \u2022 Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales \u2022 Focusing on building long-term relationship with the clients \u2022 Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated in CRM \u2022 Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of market \u2022 Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results \u2022 Ensuring high customer retention through customer service and relationship \u2022 Escalating the burning issues at the right moment to the direct reporting Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/strong> \u2022 MBA \u2022 Experience of working in BFSI sector would be an added advantage \u2022 NISM X L1\/L2 or NISM XI certification would be an added advantage.Knowledge:\u2022 Strong Communication skills \u2022 Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) \u2022 Proficiency in local language (Hindi) Skills \u2022 Excellent analytical skills \u2022 Negotiation. Skills:<\/strong> \u2022 Able to handle situations diplomatically \u2022 Aggressive and passionate at work \u2022 Able to work well in teams and drive the teams whenever needed \u2022 Should be self-motivated and able to motivate others \u2022 Good decision-making ability \u2022 Adaptable to dynamic and fast paced work environment \u2022 Ability to handle stress<\/p>\n\n\n\n
