PLACEMENT NOTICE MBA (2018-20) STUDENTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

White Hat Jr<\/strong> <\/strong>is doing its campus for MERI MBA 2018-20 batch students.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABOUT COMPANY<\/strong>: <\/strong> WhiteHat Jr<\/strong> was created to solve the #1 gap in our school system today. Today, in the computer age, less than 1% of schools teach algorithmic thinking despite research indicating early years as the turning point for deep coding skills. WhiteHat Jr prepares kids 5-12 for this new world. Kids learn both the fundamentals of coding\u2013logic, sequence, structure, algorithmic thinking \u2013 and experience the joy of creative expression in building animations, games and apps using code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role details (please read) Scope: <\/strong>Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals sales, in an individual contributor role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Location<\/strong>: Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working days<\/strong>:  6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shifts (subject to change)<\/strong>: Shift start hour will be any time post 6 AM and shift end hour before 12 midnight .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandatory Language Fluency<\/strong>: English and Hindi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laptop\/ Wi-fi<\/strong>: Candidates to use their own laptops and Wi-fi. Wifi charges shall be reimbursed as per policy on submission of bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional compensation<\/strong>: If applicable, this will be decided basis your allocated shift after you join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date of interview: 19th<\/sup> October 10 am<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary offered: 5 lacs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Fluency in English and Hindi, ability and willingness to deliver in a high pressure environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Ability to counsel a parent for the child\u2019s future<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Working Knowledge on Sales force (Desired but not mandatory)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
