  • Elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements. 
  • Business Intelligence, Data Analysis & MIS
  • Develop customer engagement strategy through effective marketing communication
  • Competitors Strategy and Pricing.
  • Understand project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features.
  • Responsible for Feasibility Study of the Product/Service 
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Job Description

·         Responsible for managing relationships between business leaders and the employees.

·         Investigate and fairly resolve employee complaints and grievances.

·         Remain current on employment laws and trends.

·         Designs talent acquisition strategies to meet the needs, makes referrals to managers and ensure efficient turn-around activity.

·         Actively participate in training and development activities.

·         Act as a liaison between the HR and operations departments.

·         Partners with Payroll, recruitment function for smoother results.
