POSITION TITLE:  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE/LEAD

JOB LOCATION:   GURUGRAM & CHENNAI

CTC OFFERED: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Total CTC: INR 4.6 LPA Fixed Annual Component – INR 3 LPA

Annual Incentives – INR 1.2 LPA (paid monthly based on the targets achieve) Annual Retention Bonus – INR 40 Thousand (paid quarterly)

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Counsel students regarding college and course selection. Helping them for entrance exam preparation and guiding them for college/course through Careers360 products.  Making outbound calls on leads generated through various marketing initiatives for selling Careers360’s products to students Lead generation & revenue generation through Inbound and Outbound process  Direct Selling of our range of products to students. Performing counselling & competitive exam guidance for students Coordinating with marketing team for product marketing through various channels like email, SMS, etc. Handling all incoming calls/perform outbound calls from/for prospective students/Users Involving in daily, weekly and monthly sales’ plan and strategy
