Eligibility Criteria:
PGDBM or MBA-Marketing or IB or HR
60% in 10th & 10+2 (In case of Corporate Sales Position)
50% in Graduation (In case of Corporate Sales Position)2016 Passing Batch Only

Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
Good in computers MS-OFFICE and Internet.

Profile & Positions:
Position-1 – Corporate Sales
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Selling online recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.Our recruitment solutions include “Access to database of resumes” and “Space on the website for advertisements”.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.
- Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
Location/Geography: Pan India (Compensation will differ for different cities basis cost of living)
Position-2 – International Sales
Key Responsibility Areas:
Will handle Middle East & SEA markets and brief them the services which are offered by Naukri.com.
Candidate will be handling B2B function of Naukri.com in International market.
Creating database of clients through enhanced outbound calls.
Do extensive search on the net (Job-Sites / Google).
Do direct calls clients briefing them about hot jobs.
Office Timing – 10 am to 7 pm
5 days working (Friday / Saturday Off) or (Saturday/ Sunday off – 8am to 5 pm)
Location/Geography: North India
Venue: Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology,70 milestone, G.T.Road, Samalkha,Haryana
Rerporting Time : 9 AM (Sharp)
