Grofers is a hyper-local delivery service connecting consumers with their local merchants. The service is currently available in in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai and Bangalore. Grofers partners with local merchants such as chemists, bakeries, grocery shops, organic food retailers and laundry services. Users can get a wide range of products delivered to their doorstep within 90-minutes. Users can also ask to get their personal delivery done by just selecting a pickup and a drop location using an on-demand app, “Grofers on Demand”. Founded by Saurabh Kumar and AlbinderDhindsa, the company has grown to over 200 people within 11 months. The service was launched in Gurgaon in January’14 and it expanded its operations to the whole NCR in just a few months. Grofers was named one of the top 10 startups in Delhi by YourStory.com in December 2014 and among top 10 promising Gurgaon-based startups in 2014 by IndianWeb2.com. Grofers’s story also caught attention of some of the leading national and International online technology media platforms.

Job Description

 Job responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers and thus critical in customer acquisition/ retention
  • Take calls for customer as well as merchant orders.
  • End-to-end management of orders, from order initiation to the final delivery.
  • Act as collaborator between operations team and the end customer.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless consumer experience.
  • Improve the end consumer experience overall.

 Salary: Rs. 3.00 to 3.20 Lac p.a

 Qualification: – MBA (Specialization in Marketing)
