POSITION TITLE: Management Trainee 10 POSITIONS
COMPENSATION: INR 3.0 LPA (Fixed per annum) + 50000 (fixed bonus, payable after completion of 12 months)
Job Description: You will be responsible for:
• Managing recruitment assignments, from sourcing talent through to successful placements.
• Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
• Achieving revenue and activity targets.
• Developing a portfolio of clients and candidates within your area of focus.
