BUSINESS ANALYST: KEY SKILLS: Business Analyst, Requirement Gathering, Client communication, Data Analysis User Stories, Pre Sales, and Requirement Analysis.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accountable to capture business requirements.
Ability to think and communicate a technical problem or a solution to the stakeholders.
Responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with clients to drive satisfaction.
Responsible for coordinating project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk – through to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
Should be able to engage with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues/concerns/queries.
Responsible to take client calls till 1:00 AM with customers in various time zones.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Candidate should be MBA.
Candidate should have the technical knowledge and willing to start his/her career in Client communication/Quality Assurance.
Candidate should have the capability of handling the client calls a late night.
Candidate should be available for immediate joining.
