Job Description:
This position is responsible for a combination of critical functions including market research,competitive intelligence analysis, online marketing campaign support, database marketing and sales lead generation.
Marketing Research Team
The largest team at CVENT with 155 Research Associates is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals. Cvent has over 80,000 users. Representative customers include Marriott, Hyatt, KPMG, the World Bank, Rolls Royce, American Marketing Association, Wal-Mart, Mobil, Yahoo, Harvard University, United Way, BMW, and Siemens.
Position Duties:
- Working in Coordination with the Marketing Department in U.S with offshore operations in India.
- Secondary research for contact information and building up and maintenance of the database with skills in data imports, exports, manipulation,reports and queries.
- Advanced and focused secondary research on industry segments and verticals ranging from associations to corporations in order for us to evaluate and expand market space.
- Support marketing campaigns.
- Working on the Cvent and other third partyCRM tools and carrying out assigned tasks.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and developments.
- Provide product marketing support to thesales department.
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM any specialization with 55% throughout (Xth , Xth & grad.)
- Good analytical and logical ability.
- Ability to ‘decompose’ a process and work out the logical chunks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Operations).
- Good Academic scores.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and co-ordination skills.
- Positive attitude and out of the box thinking.
- Strong computer knowledge of Internet, Email Clients,MS Word, MS Excel; MS Power Point and MS Outlook.
- Exposure to Google AdWords, SEO, SEM and Social Media Optimization.
- People from ITES sector with strong number orientation.
