- Training and development
- Compensation and benefits
- HR Administration
- Managing Employee Engagement Activities
- To manage Training and Performance of employees
- Handling complete Recruitment cycle, Joining and Exit Formalities
- Event management
- Negotiating on the offer amount with the candidates.
