Federal Bank, Mumbai requires Probationary Officer as per details given below:
SALARY : Rs 9.20 Lacs p.a (approx.)
Date & time of interview : 6th JAN, 2017
Venue : Asia Pacific Institute of Mangement, Jasola
Job Responsibilities :
- Initially the officer will be on probation for a period of 2 years. He should have customer service orientation, better communication skill & marketing skill. He / She should learn basic banking and acquire marketing skill.
- The role of the officer will be originating and approving banking transactions. After a period of one year, he/she will be put in supervisory rile for approving banking transaction.
- The officer should acquire the skills of a team leader keeping good rapport with existing and potential customer base of the Bank.
- Understanding of various customer bases of bank- corporate, retail, HNIs, SME etc.
- Understanding of various products of bank- Credit/ Loan, deposits, cash management, foreign exchange & NRI products, etc and an awareness of the latest development in banking & financial sector.
- Swift execution of day to day banking transactions by using bank’s core software.
- Adhere and comply to various audit and quality norms/ standards of the bank.
Eligibility of Candidate : MBA 2015-17 BATCH (ANY SPECIALISATION)
- with criteria of 60% in Xth, XIIth & Graduation and 55% in MBA
INTERVIEW SELECTION PROCESS:
- Online test will be conducted before 6 Jan, 2017 for which link will be provided. Students need to appear in online test.
- Students shortlisted in Online test will be allowed to appear for interview of 6th Jan,2017
- Shortlisted candidates will have GD round and 2 rounds of PI.
- Short-listed candidates in PI will have to appear for Final round at Mumbai for which company will provide fare charges.
