JOB TITLE: DESIGNATION: SALES TRAINEE
CRITERIA: 60% throughout in academics (10th, 12th, UG & PG). 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG should be Full Time. Candidates should not have any gap or backlog in their academics, i.e. the course should not have been completed in more than the stipulated duration.
REMUNERATION PAID: REMUNERATION: (NON ENGINEERING DEGREE + MBA). You will join as Sales Trainee for a period of 1 year. Salary of RS 4,41,000/- during your traineeship. Rigorous performance reviews during Traineeship. On successful completion of one year of traineeship you will be absorbed in the Company in Operational Job Responsibility Band Designation: Assistant Manager.
REMUNERATION: Fixed + Variable Sales FIXED PAY (Yearly) ₹5,75,000 VARIABLE PAY (Yearly): IPLVP + BPLVP Individual Performance Linked Variable Pay (IPLVP) : a) Performance Pay (PP) NA OR b) Sales / Service Incentive Scheme (SIS) (Potential to earn as per the scheme of the respective businesses) Applicable Business Performance Linked Variable Pay (BPLVP): Applicable Service Bond : 2 years (INR 1,25,000) Applicable for One year of traineeship and one year there after.
