JOB Responsibilities: Role – To sell insurance as per given targets through:
Extensive field work – Local Travel
Generating leads through partners and own network
Meeting customers as per their convenience (including weekends/holidays)
Understanding customer needs and offering suitable products
Regular customer service
Maintaining and submitting daily sales report
Skills Required: Should be self-motivated and take ownership of the entire recruiting process. Should possess excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skill. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
