Job Description:
- Customer Education and Activation
- Educating customers on the Financial Markets and ensure the activation.
- Educating and activating customers in Products related to Financial Investments including direct Equity investment, MF, SEP/SIP, ETFs, Bonds, NCD, Corporate FD, NPS, IPOs etc
- Understanding client needs and recommend the right set of investment Products/Services.
- Product Penetration
- Introducing and educating customers to new products launched
- Demonstrate ICICIdirect.com portal and its various tools to customers for their online investments.
- Engagement of customers to various tools available in ICICIdirect.com and ensures client retention towards the website and account.
- Enhancing customer experience on website with various available tools and features.
- Customer Relations
- Building strong bonds with customers to increase customer loyalty towards ICICIdirect.com and its usage.
- Open new accounts through references, leads from the existing customers
- Meeting and building relationship with clients to procure the business in future
- Manage customer queries related to their financial investments
Skill Set Required:
- Ability to call large set of customers through outbound campaigns.
- Ability to advise and handle queries of clients.
- Ability to serve various segments of Retail Customers.
- Should be proficient in Financial Markets and its various instruments.
- Mandatory NCFM/NISM Certified in basic Equity Modules.
- Mandatory AMFI Certified
- Good communication skills
Eligibility Criteria: MBA/PGDM (Marketing and Finance)
Selection process: The selection process will involve pre placement talk, Group Discussion followed by rounds of interviews.
