Job Description for Marketing:
Accountable for acquisition of High net worth clients
Responsible for Opening of DEMAT A/C’s.
Cross selling of Insurance, Mutual funds, PMS
Responsible for identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite
Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as a when required
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
Job description for HR:
End to end recruitments i.e. Sourcing, screening, interviewing & scheduling
Understanding the Business Requirements
Sourcing the relevant profiles from various portals
External (referral, portal, campus, contact conversion)
Telephonically screening the sourced profiles
Lining up candidates according to the parameters
Interview coordination
Achieving and exceeding the set targets
All interested and eligible students need to carry CV with photo and be in Dress Code.
