Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve set targets on Equity, Non Equity and other value added products
- Recruitment and training of Associates and Executives
- Liaison with bank team and drive numbers through them
- Monitoring the productivity of each team member
- Organizing lead generation activities
SALARY : Rs. 3.00 Lac p.a (Fixed)+ Incentives
Qualification: MBA /PGDM with finance & Mktg.

Selection Process: PI round only (after Company presentation)
