MANAGEMENT TRAINEE-FIELD MANAGEMENT

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE INCLUDE:
* Must Manage Multiple Projects
* Analysis of Client Sample Requirement and Devising Action Plan
* Manage Project Margins and Expense
* Manage Response quality
* Ensure Efficient Panel use
* Effective Coordination and Communication with Project Managers
* Vendor Management
* Daily Project Reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to problem-solve and create logical solutions.
* Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, some with tight
deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient with Access, Excel, Word; strong internet knowledge.
* Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus.
SALARY OFFERED AS TRAINEE: Stipend for 9 Months as Management Trainee, Annual Compensation INR 262,000 p.a. (for 9 months training period fixed 15K in hand + INR 6,000 fixed quarterly bonus+ all other benefits) Confirmation after 9 months-1 year as Associate Project Manager with revised CTC 3,76,000 /- (Decent salary raise within 9 months from 2.6 to 3.7LPA ) All the students will attend the presentation which will clearly educate them about their salary hikes, growth path, role and trainings planned in next three years.
Service agreement of 3 years with the organization which includes Training period (must)
Service Agreement of 3 yrs., In case they leave the organization in 9 months i.e. in Training period, they need to pay 75,000. Which is the Training cost and post confirmation if they leave, it would be 1.5 lac.
Other Benefits:  both side cab (AC) (Greator Noida & Faridabad are non-hiring zone but can consider students who are ready to relocate in Delhi or Gurgaon within 30 KM from Toluna in).
