 JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential information:
– Fresh pass-out MBA/PGDBM/ M.Sc/ MA(English) candidates – MUST
– Excellent Communication Skills – MUST
– The Selected Candidates would be required to join our Company ASAP.
– All Candidates should be open to Night shifts – MUST
– Meals & Transport would be provided by the Company

Specific responsibilities of the Management Trainee include:

  • Must Manage Multiple Projects
  • Analysis of Client Sample Requirement and Devising Action Plan
  • Manage Project Margins and Expense
  • Manage Response quality
  • Ensure Efficient Panel use
  • Effective Coordination and Communication with Project Managers
  • Vendor Management
  • Daily Project Reporting
    Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to problem-solve and create logical solutions.
  • Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, some with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent regards communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Access, Excel, Word; strong internet knowledge.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus.

 NOTE: Service Agreement (Bond) of 3 yrs., In case they leave the organization in 1 yr. i.e. in Training period, they need to pay 1 lac which is the Training cost and post confirmation if they leave, it would be 2 lac.

OUR TWO MBA STUDENTS OF 2009-11 BATCH AND NINE MBA STUDENTS (2013-15 BATCH) ARE ALREADY WORKING OVER THERE.
