INTERVIEW FOR MBA/PGDM 2013-15 (FINANCE)

POST : SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Salary : Rs. 3 Lac (Fixed) + 20% variable incentives (total 3.60 lac p.a for fresher)
Rs. 3.60 lac(fixed) + 20% variable incentives (total 3.90 lac p.a for
experienced).

Qualification : MBA (Finance)
• In-depth knowledge of Mutual funds, Portfolio Management, Equity and Fixed Income markets
• Proficient in MS Office (Prior experience in PowerPoint & Excel preferred)
• Analytical mindset
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to minute details
• Experience of 1 year (any experience may also be considered)

Job Profile / Responsibilities
I. Client Investment Reviews
• Support US-based portfolio managers (PMs) to design Client Investment Reviews (CIRs), which are customized investment strategy PDF reports, which the PMs use to discuss the individual clients’ portfolios
o These reports discuss the portfolio’s performance, current market position of the holdings and the overall economic scenario
• Help design and deliver highly customized reports which are used by PMs to provide professional investment management services to pitch to prospective clients
• Support in converting client provided account holdings statements to a desired holdings format in the client’s Wealth Management Platform
• Understand client requirements and discuss these with the Analyst / Senior Analyst
• Will be responsible for achieving quality as per the Quality Check list to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness on work performed
• Ability to work under time pressure and juggle priorities/ multi-task in quick work turnaround situations
• Should have a strong problem solving approach and should be ready to go the extra mile to meet challenging situations such as inability to find relevant information
• Ability to meet productivity goals and to estimate workload and turnaround
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on delivering client ready deliverables

II. Reg 9 Investment Reviews
• Execute the Reg 9 reviews: The associate partners with the Client Advisor, Trust Advisor, and Investment Specialist (collectively “Advisors”) to manage the financial and reputation risk associated with the fiduciary investment management process
• Document Creation: Creating the mandatory documents along with any other ad-hoc documents required as per the policies and procedures of the bank
• Responsible for completing the daily workflow, assigned requests with high accuracy standards
• Come up with the process improvement initiatives and help in implementing them with the help of Quality Analyst / Supervisor
• Responsible for regular interaction with concerned ST members for any issues / questions that may arise
