POST                            : Sales Manager/ BDM/ Sr. BDE

Qualification                 : MBA with marketing

  • Willing to work in field of real estate
  • Ability to work in term & as a individual.

Job description             : Maximum revenue generation &lad closures.

  • Cold calling
  • Making broker network to boost up the sale.
  • Selling residential & commercial project of Delhi/ NCR
  • Conducting site visit for prospective clients.
  • Leading a team, train & develop them to achieve targets of self as well as of team
  • Meeting new clients, negotiating, & finalizing terms & conditions
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents & disbursement of funds.

 Salary                                     : Rs. 2.40 lac + incentives
