POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS ASSOCIATE, QUALITY ANALYST AND TRAINER PROFILE. ROTATIONAL SHIFTS
SALARY PACKAGE: For 6 months stipend would be 15,000 INR. after that – 3.00 lacs + incentives.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE: WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ROLE:
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner * Confident and self-motivated. * Positive & Mature attitude towards the work assigned. * Courteous with strong customer service orientation * Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge * Ability to effectively communicate, * Dependable with strong attention to detail * Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly * Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently * Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
QUALITY ANALYST: WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ROLE:
- Monitor calls as per the prescribed guidelines and as per the schedule * Provide feedback to teams on the basis of their performance * Conduct briefings for teams * Conduct floor improvement activities on a regular basis * Identify unethical practices/behavior and highlight * Inputs to be provided to meet the operational goals * Check development of agent and provide all updates * Business Intelligence and Analytics * Generate the Quality reports and communicate the same to the Quality Supervisor as per the guidelines.
