| TRAINING DETAILS: Training will be at NIIT University, Neemrana (30Km from Gurgaon)
This training will extend for duration of around 8 weeks. The training and accommodation is free for the candidates. All candidates would be charged a residential fees at NU which is 14350/- + 14.5% taxes. All Candidates will be required to deposit the aforesaid amount on the day they report for training at NIIT University by demand draft

OVERVIEW/HIGH-LEVEL RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Aon Hewitt’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis. Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA. This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, systems configuration, and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.
CTC OFFERED: Selected candidates will join Aon as an Intern at a Stipend of INR 15,000/month. All selected candidates will receive a LOI & will need to undergo process Training. Post Training Period of 6 months, basis candidate’s performance they will be offer full time job at a salary of RS 2.8 LPA based on successful completion of Training.
