POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST

ELIGIBILITYCRITERIA: 60% IN THE CURRENT DEGREE.
COMPENSATION OFFERED: INR 3.25 LPA.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand functional requirements from the clients through series of skype call, questionnaires, presentations etc. Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having thorough understanding of various phases like requirements, analysis/design, development and testing. Writing functional requirement document, high level architecture diagrams, feature list, proposal writing, wire-frame. To be able in gathering, managing and documenting business and functional requirements, communicating effectively with developers and QA engineers. Work independently with prospect to define concepts. Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirement documents. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Willing to travel to US and other client sites for requirement gathering, client interaction and implementation (If required)
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:- Excellent documentation skills. Logical thought process. Clear thinking and analytical skills. Verse with proposal writing, RFP & RFQ writing. Must have good knowledge of web/mobile framework/technologies. Must have technical and software programming knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact clients.
BOND: SERVICE AGREEMENT OF 2 YEARS
