ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: ONLY MCA 2018 BATCH
WILLINGNESS TO WORK IN (8:30 AM TO 6:30 PM) TIMINGS
POSITION TITLE: JUNIOR ASSOCIATE DEVELOPER (IT)
DATE & VENUE: SATURDAY-21ST APRIL 2018, 9:00 AM AT DAFFODIL SOFTWARES LTD, WORLD TECH PARK, 15TH FLOOR, BLOCK -A2, VILLAGE SILOKHERA, SECTOR 30, GURUGRAM.
SELECTION PROCESS: 1 HOUR WRITTEN TEST FOLLOWED BY TECHNICAL F2F AND PERSONAL INTERVIEWS.
SALARY PACKAGE: Initially 6 months stipend would be 12,000 INR. On the successful completion of training of 6 months, then CTC for next one year – 3.00 lacs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The students will be on probation period for 6 months from the date of their joining.
The new joinee will be initially designated as Junior Associate – IT
The candidates will be having 5 Days a week.
SERVICE AGREEMENT:
We do have service agreement policy for fresher’s. We just need a commitment from students side that they will be with Daffodil for a period of 1.5 years. In that reference, they are also required to submit a cheque of Rs 1.5 Lacs. The cheque can be of zero balance account as well, but account should be on name of Selected student only. This cheque is completely returnable to them once they complete the said period with Daffodil.
ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BE IN FORMAL & MUST CARRY 2 COPIES OF UPDATED RESUMES WITH 2 PHOTOGRAPH & COLLEGE ID IS MUST.
