ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: MCA 2020 BATCH
POSITION TITLE: – OPERATION EXECUTIVE (INTERN)
SALARY PACKAGE: Initially 6 months stipend would be 10,000 INR. The student can be offered PPO (Pre Placement Offer) depending upon the performance during internship program.
OPERATION INTERN-JD RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Responsible to support the client on Field Daily Co-ordination and Support with Ground Team. 2. Call to client and resolve the issue if they are facing any problem. 3. Client feedback and reviews and CSAT maintenance. 4. Ensuring on time client payments.
TEAM MANAGEMENT: 1. Excellent communication skills & excel skills. 2. Keeping check on the performance of the operations of both external service providers as well as Ground staff. 3. Working closely with the sales team and also with Ground team to ensure the completeness of Vehicle tracking operations.
DEVICE MANAGEMENT: 1. Configure, test GPS devices. Prepare configuration, testing reports in Excel. Route mapping. 2. Ensure products, services are working, performing optimally. Handle backend operations, manage tracking system. 3. Responsible of handling GPS Devices Installation and troubleshooting of GPS Devices in Vehicle. 4. Stock maintenance by conducting stock audits, following up for devices to be received and imposing penalty for lost devices.
