JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accountable to capture all business requirements should be documented in a clear manner
Accountable to able to assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizing competing
business demands.
Responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with clients to drive satisfaction
Responsible for coordinating project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk – through to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
Should be able to engage with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues/concerns/queries.
Responsible to take client calls till 2:00 AM.
Responsible for technical sale.
Responsible for obtaining key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution inter-dependencies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Candidate should be MCA/ B.tech in CS/IT
Candidate should have the technical knowledge and willing to start his career in Sales.
Candidate should have the capability of handling the client calls late night.
Candidate should be available for immediate joining.
