POSITION TITLE: SOFTWARE ENGINEER TRAINEE
DATE & VENUE: 26.4.2019 FRIDAY 11 AM, AT MAZ SYSTEMS PVT. LTD, PLOT #4, SECTOR 16A, FILM CITY, NOIDA
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains existing revenue cycle product features and tools, ensuring product optimization and client satisfaction. Troubleshoots issues, validates the root cause and performs the necessary fix as appropriate. Adheres to all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to those identified within the Standards of Business Conduct and the Employee Handbook, as may be amended from time to time. Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations and the company’s governance/compliance program. Responsible for reporting violations of the company’s policies and procedures, Standards of Business Conduct, governance program, laws and regulations through the company’s Help Line or other mechanism that may be available at the time of the violation. Assists with internal control failure remediation efforts. Becomes knowledgeable of internal control responsibilities through training and instruction. Responsible and accountable for internal control performance within their area of responsibility. Participates in the internal controls self-assessment process. Ensures concerns with internal control design or performance and process changes that impact internal control execution are communicated to management.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Accountable to capture all business requirements should be documented in a clear manner. Accountable to able to assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizing competing business demands Responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with clients to drive satisfaction Responsible for coordinating project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk – through to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions Should be able to engage with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues/concerns/queries Responsible for obtaining key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution inter-dependencies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must have excellent theoretical knowledge of technology. Must have an excellent academic record B.tech/MCA score should be minimum 65% Open and eager for learning. The male candidate is a preference because of role, i.e., handling late-night client calls Immediate joining is required.
SKILL(S) PREFERRED: Ruby on Rails, Python (Learn Python), Perl and React JS
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS: Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, both technically and at the application level. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. At least one-year experience in Transact SQL programming required including experience with creating stored procedures, views, functions, and SSIS packages.1 plus years of experience developing or maintaining software code (Required: C#, TSQL). Experience with GIT, SQL Server Report Studio, file comparison tools, file grep tools. Education: Bachelor’s degree or 3 years comparable experience.
CTC OFFERED: STIPEND Rs 8000 AFTER CONFIRMATION 2.50 LACS.
