SALARY OFFERED AS TRAINEE: MONTHLY COMPENSATION INR 10K + QUARTERLY BONUS FOR 6 MONTHS AS A TRAINEE) -AFTER 6 MONTHS AS SURVEY PROGRAMMER WITH CTC 240,000/- (GROSS)
ASSOCIATE SURVEY PROGRAMMER: Learn & Master programming, upto Level 3 complexity jobs, with support. Program surveys, error free & focus on other deliverables as per the process requirements. Understanding the project requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Get exposed to various kinds of tracking studies. Be able to trouble shoot self and associate projects. Work according to the expected timeline and update the TL with the progress. Ensure all production is done complying with the process guidelines and client specific Guidelines. Do a self-quality check before sending the output to the QA for testing. Perform any additional duties assigned by the management. Take trainings as and when proposed by the management.
TRAINEE DATA PROCESSING: To deliver a high quality product and service in committed timelines in order to meet the client’s expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Take full responsibility on projects/tasks assigned. Data validation, cleaning, re-coding, formatting, merging and restructuring, integrating Open ended coding. Taking responsibility in supporting the team members in difficult situations (e.g. high workload, very tight timelines etc.).Participates in client calls/meetings autonomously/assisted by a senior colleague, if required. Take ownership & Work independently on projects with complexity 1-3, ensuring a high level of service quality. First time right delivery on each project. Review project materials and participate in KOC. Keeps the project manager updated with the progress on the DP tasks. Report data inconsistencies, if any, until everything is correct before giving the go ahead for full launch. Escalate any outstanding issue to Team leader as soon as identified. Good understanding of Toluna tools related to DP activity (e.g. TA)
REQUIRED SKILLS:-
- SOUND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- GOOD HTML AND JAVASCRIPT SKILLS.
- GOOD PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE IN ANY LANGUAGE.
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH NIGHT SHIFT.
BOND: SERVICE AGREEMENT OF 3 YEARS (1+2) WITH THE ORGANIZATION WHICH IS MUST.
ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH NIGHT SHIFTS & SERVICE AGREEMENT OF 3 YEARS WITH THE ORGANIZATION & WHICH IS MUST
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: MUST HAVE:
MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN.
SHOULD BE GOOD AT (C, C++ ETC..) AND GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF HTML, JAVA SCRIPT WILL BE AN ADD ON BENEFIT.
