College has scheduled a  Technical workshop on ANDROID  Technology by Mr. Arun Sharma from Top IT Company working in Android technology,  on SATURDAY 30/1/2016 for MCA 2^nd year students (both shifts) at MERI  F-6 ROOM . The content of this workshop will be:

SESSION 1: INTRODUCTION

Android Overview and History

ü How Android started  ü Why Android is different (and important)

ANDROID STACK

ü Overview of the stack  ü Linux kernel & Native libraries

ü Dalvik virtual machine ü Apps and its use

SESSION 2: INSTALLATION

ü Downloading Eclipse & Android SDK  ü Installing Eclipse  ü Configuring Android ü Installing ADT Plug-in  ü Opening new project

The timings of this workshop are 10:00 am to 1pm.It’s compulsory to attend for all the students failing which strict action will be taken against the absentees. The Faculty Coordinator for this workshop is Ms. Navneet Popli.
