Step 2– Take a print of the above form.
Step 3– Prepare your document file ( two sets in the sequence mentioned below)
Step 4– Payment of fee and filling of Google form.
Step 5– Collect receipt of fee payment.
Step6– Enclosed copy of fee receipt to document file and Get your documents verified at verification table.
Step 7– Final reporting at university portal in the library.
Step 8– Submission of file and collection of reporting slip.

- Medical Certificate
- Character Certificate Original
- In case of reserved category, copy of certificate
- In case of distance learning centre proof
- Anti Ragging undertaking by student
- Anti Ragging undertaking by parent.
