Report on Farewell Party for MCA (2013-16)

The Farewell Party for MCA (2013-16) students was organized on 7th May, 2016 at MERI Auditorium from 11.30AM onwards. The event was organized by the junior MCA batches for their seniors. The celebration began with a welcome note followed by a solo song performance by Rahul Anand of MCA (Lateral Entry). Then Ms. Ritu Aggrawal, MCA Coordinator, MERI wished good luck to the students of MCA for their future.
Juniors of MCA also presented other entertaining performances like duet dance, solo dance and solo song performances. Fun games and activities like tongue twisters, arm wrestling, etc. were organized for the senior students. Different titles were awarded to the students along with gifts. The highlight of the event was a documentary prepared by juniors which threw fun and enthusiasm and added life to the party.
The seniors thanked the Management and junior students for hosting such a wonderful party that they could cherish lifelong. The event concluded with lunch and jam session.
The gathering included around 170 students. Around 74 out of 81 senior students attended the farewell party. The farewell party turned out to be a beautiful day marked with happiness and sorrow, nostalgia and lots and lots of love.
