ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: MCA 2020 PASSING OUT BATCH WITH 70% IN 10TH, 12TH & GRADUATION WITH NO BACK LOGS IN PREVIOUS SEMESTER’S.

COMPENSATION OFFERED: INR 5,76,120. Salary break up : Fixed – INR 500,000 Fixed + Variable INR 50,000 + Benefits – INR 26,120

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING -You will be working as BI Developer who will be a part of a BI/Data Warehousing project team and contributing primarily to MS SQL server development. – You will be responsible of writing stored procedures, design and develop database structure, creating ETL packages. – Your work includes data extraction, data transformation, data load, data quality management, and data audit process. – You will design, develop and implement data integration processes to transform structured data, unstructured data, disparate source data into the target data warehouse or data marts . – You will design, develop and implement data marts / data warehouses to solve specific business requirements and enable reporting and analytics – You will work with service & support team to resolve escalated operational issues.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM – Excellent knowledge of data extraction, data transformation, and data load the concepts and technology – Strong expertise in backend database development (i.e. Microsoft SQL) – Dimensional modelling experience – Strong knowledge on Insurance Domain is mandatory. – Proven ability and commitment to working collaboratively toward common goals – Possess effective planning and problem-solving skills – Multi-tasking attitude, equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business environments – Focused on a quality outcome – Excellent inter-personal skills
TRAINING AGREEMENT – You will have to sign a service agreement with Xceedance for 24 months and the claw back period will start from Jan-2020. In case you break the service agreement then you will have to pay INR 100,000 to the organization as the cost for bearing your training and development expenses.
All offered students would join us from July-2020.
