JOB DESCRIPTION:- BUSINESS ANALYST
Should be reasonably proficient in browsing the web, e-commerce, social networking, and mobile applications. Should be a team player. Should be a motivated individual who enjoys his/her work.Good articulation and communication skills.Must be able to read and interpret technical documentation (product specifications, documentation, etc). Understand Software Products of ours and setup demos for the clients and conduct demos when required.Competitor Analysis: Compare our products with the Competitor products and provide details of the features that can be implemented by us. Client Liasoning: Be a liaison between the client and the technical team and manage the conversations over tickets and chats to ensure transparency and management of the issues raised by the clients.
