POSITION TITLE: Application Development / Software Development / CRM Developer / Business Workflow Expert / Auto Bot Developer.
COMPENSATION OFFERED: 2.4 to 3.00 LACS.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Development, Implementation, customization and administration of suite of Zoho applications including Zoho Creator, CRM, One, Flow, Orchestly etc.
- Understand the business process and requirements of the team and to implement and customize various modules (Sales, Accounts, HR etc.)
- Develop custom workflow. Work with support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates.
- Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside Zoho platform. Effectively utilize modules features to automate various business processes.
- Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the organization.
WHAT WE OFFER:

- Extensive experience configuring and customizing Zoho products for different industry verticals.
- Product expertise in integration of Zoho with other services.
- Experience in Application Development, HTML, Mobile Apps, CRM customization, Chat Bots, Auto Bots, Improvising business processes, Zoho Creator tool, deluge scripting.
- Gain expertise in creating dashboards, creating reports, embedding forms/reports/pages, email and SMS campaigns, progress tracking, pivot charts, and implement custom search modules across the app using Zoho Creator.
- Attain Business Communication Proficiency, Leadership, Decision Making, Problem Solving, work as Product/Solution expert on Technical Capacity.
