POSITION TITLE: TRAINEE/ JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER WITH GOOD APTITUDE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: NO CRITERIA.
LOCATION: DWARKA
JOB DESCRIPTION: The person will be responsible for project requirement gathering, project lifecycle management, sample procurement, sample management, business development. The person will be SPOC with the client and will act as a bridge between client and various teams.
Qualification – Fresher (BBA) with excellent communication skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to this, the JPM will have to undertake job responsibilities like, data analysis, charting, data population, scorecard/ topline preparations,
The job profile requires the candidate to have good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and good management skills with fair technical knowledge.
Shift Timings- Rotation 9 hours shift (5 Days) Saturday- Sunday Fixed off.No night shifts for girls
CTC OFFERED: The students will be on a training period for 3 months and during that tenure their salary package would be- rs. 1,50,000/- per annum post 3 months, When they will be the permanent employee with us, their package would be ranging from RS. 2,50,000-3,00,000/- per annum.
BOND: They will also have to sign a bond for 2yrs including their training period. Post 2yrs, they will be eligible for Rs.25,000 as bonus.
