PLACEMENT NOTICE MCA (2012 – 15) STUDENTS
SYSCOM SOFTECH IS DOING ITS POOL CAMPUS ON TUESDAY 09/12/2014 FOR MCA 2012-15 BATCH.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: AGGRIGATE 60% IN 10TH 12 GRAD & POST GRAD.
VENUE: GNIM COLLEGE, ROAD NO.75 PUNJABI BAGH WEST
There shall be three rounds of interview:
a. Online Test (Computers, Aptitude and English based), It is an elimination round.
b. Machine Test. c. Personal Interview both HR and Technical.
The candidate has to fill a service agreement of one year & we have two kinds of bonds as follows:
a. The Candidate has to submit his/her original educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation,PG) for one year and can claim his/her certificates after completion of one year. OR
b. He/She has to submit a cheque of Rs. 50,000/- that can be claimed after completion of one year.Money will be withdrawn only in thecase where candidate leaves the company before completion of one year.
- Initially there shall be performance based stipend during industrial training. And after completion of one year the salary package would be upto 2.40/ Lacs per Annum.
- We have openings for the following two profiles:
a. PHP Developer Trainee b. SEO Trainee c. Manual Tester Trainee
d. Android Apps Trainee. Selected student will choose one of them.
We will give training for 7 days and after one week of their joining, there will be a test based on that profile, student has to pass the test. Those who will pass the test, will be eligible to get the stipend. The stipend amount will be based the performance by the students in the test. And the range of the stipend will be around Rs. 8,000/-.
If in case any selected student will not be able to get minimum passing marks (which is minimum 50%), student will again be given a chance to give the test for maximum 3 attempts, in the minimum interval of 15 days.
We will provide them hands on training in the company environment till he passes the test, (There will not be any charges for that training) and after getting the training, Once the student will pass the test, he/she will be eligible to get the stipend from the date of passing the exam.
Company will charge of Rs. 150 per student for sitting in the online test and this amount has to paid at the time of drive.
ALL STUDENTS MUST CARRY COLLEGE ID & 1 COPY OF UPDATED RESUMES WITH AFIXED PHOTOGRAPH.
