Qualification : MBA Freshers (HR) Females/Males.

- Excellent Communication Skills mandatory and should have good convincing power.
- He / She will be responsible for lining up candidates for opened profiles.
- Doing the Screening of resumes and calling up the potential candidates as per the Requirements & need of the organization.
- Follow up the candidates from Pre interview till their joining.

- Handling the different Job Portals.
- Screening of the resumes as per the client need.
- Look After the entire end to end recruitment Cycle.
- Closing the internal opening as per the requirement.

- Sourcing the right candidates according to the clients requirements.
- Coordinating with the candidates for the interview and the selection process.
- Negotiating Joining date and Salary.
