POST : Business Development Executive
QUALIFICATIONS : B.Tech/BCA/B.E(preferably IT, C.S, E.C etc) + MBA(IT/Marketing)
Eligibility: Should have at least 0.6 -3 Years of prior experience in either IT or business development – customer facing roles
Salary- Fixed + Variable: 1st Six months: 4.8 LPA
After 6 months & next 12 months: 6.4 LPA
After 18 months: 8 LPA
Bond- (if any): 2 years
Probation/Training Period: 6 Months

Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for business development activities for the company offerings in the customer accounts assigned to them, which would then be taken to closure under leadership of respective business managers. They would be goaled on qualified funnel generation. They will be supported by a robust Inside Sales Process.
Growth Path: This is a 18 months fast track structured program after which associates become Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager/ Solution Architect as per their aptitudes
Overall responsibility:
- Proactively identify, size and prioritize all significant opportunities in the assigned customer patch and opportunities.
- Building relationships with the Corporate/Government customer accounts so as to ensure regular flow of business
- Studying customer requirement & propose the right fit solutions
- Understanding the customer business model, competitive landscape and challenges they face so as to position correctly.
- Engage with Technology Partners (Microsoft and AWS) and their account managers/business groups.
- Ability to understand technology and the IT services and solutions around it is a must.
- Excellent Communicator with compelling selling skills in consultative model.
- The job involves leading business development and account management to sell the company offerings in IT Managed/Professional services model. The candidate would carry revenue targets and would be measured on them besides other qualitative measures.
Prerequisites:
1) Must enjoy meeting people and building relationships.
2) Experience in business development / pre-sales an added advantage.
3) Should be willing to travel anywhere on business (local, national and international).
4) Must be willing to relocate to any metro city in India if required.
5) Ability to understand and present the IT services and solutions is a must.
6) Excellent communication & presentation skills
7) Must have flair for evangelizing and learning technology and its business application.
