Job Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition for Clients in the Mid- Senior Management space
- Engage with clients to understand Job Descriptions and Role Expectations
- Interact with search team and identify relevant candidate pool tofulfill assigned mandate
- Active conversation with candidates pan India & in markets abroad as per the role requirement
- Focus on closing positions by aligning all aspects of the mandate, from search to final negotiations
- Partner on mandates across industries and functions
- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their work culture, Org. Structure and industry trends
- Regular Client Visits to build and develop relationships
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates by anticipating client needs through market mapping, headhunting etc.
- Advise candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Facilitate compensation negotiations
- Offer Advice and Counsel the Candidate on career progression, compensation and role etc.
General Bonus
- A candidate shall be eligible for a General Bonus of Rs. 24,000/-, on a prorate basis, for the calendar year.
- The Management may however, choose to pay the amount to candidate as an advance on a monthly basis, calculated pro rata. i.e. Rs. 2000 per month from DOJ onwards, through the calendar year.
