Job Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition for Clients in the Mid- Senior Management space
  • Engage with clients to understand Job Descriptions and Role Expectations
  • Interact with search team and identify relevant candidate pool tofulfill assigned mandate
  • Active conversation with candidates pan India & in markets abroad as per the role requirement
  • Focus on closing positions by aligning all aspects of the mandate, from search to final negotiations
  • Partner on mandates across industries and functions
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their work culture, Org. Structure and industry trends
  • Regular Client Visits to build and develop relationships
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates by anticipating client needs through market mapping, headhunting etc.
  • Advise candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
  • Facilitate compensation negotiations
  • Offer Advice and Counsel the Candidate on career progression, compensation and role etc.

  1. General Bonus
  • A candidate shall be eligible for a General Bonus of Rs. 24,000/-, for a 12 month period starting from DOJ.
  • The Management may however, choose to pay the amount to you as an advance on a monthly basis, calculated pro rata. i.e. Rs. 2,000 per month from DOJ onwards, through the financial year
  1. Annual Variable Compensation
  • Over and above the Fixed Monthly Compensation, a candidate will also be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Compensation mentioned above.
  • The aforementioned PLI is payable Only on Actual Billing as per company Policy
