Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- The ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct market research to push the right products and services to the perspective customers or client.
- Understanding industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Presentation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning.
- Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance.
Desirable: MBA/ PGDM 2016-18 with any specialization
- Good communication/written skill.
- Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Should be very organized, goal oriented, quick learner, able to multitask.
- Influencing and Negotiable skill
SALARY : RS. 2.40 Lacs per annum
