Job Profile: HR Executive / Recruiter
Job Description:
1. Understand the JD in detail and source quality profiles within a specified budget.
2. Will be responsible for end to end Recruitment
3. Should be able to manage complete candidate lifecycle i.e. Screening, Identifying, Conducting interviews F2F or telephonic.
4. Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
5. Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites
6. Cold Calling for Passive Job Seekers
7. Sourcing from Job portals, Employee referral, Social media etc.
8. Candidate must have excellent communication skills
9. Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability
Salary : Rs. 2,75,000 P.A.
Job Location : Dwarka
Functional Area: HR, Recruitment, Administration & IR
