POST : Customer Care Executive – Gold Loan – 100
Job Location : Delhi / NCR
Salary : Rs. 2.49 Lac p.a + Incentives
Key Responsibilitoes : Assist and support branch staff in maintaining & increasing the profitability of the branch.
- Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
- Help branch staff in increasing brand visibility and capture optimum market share.
- Actively support in conducting various promotional events & campaigns.
- Will be trained on the entire operations of Gold Loan and thus to manage the day-to-day operations of branch.
