Job description :
- Enable customers take informed decisions with regards to Financial wellness ( Credit rating)
- Consult and guide customers through telephonic or digital modes of communication
- Drive active customer engagement by providing customized support
- Achieving the monthly targets for portfolio liquidation
Requirement: MBA with Finance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Mind-set for growth
- Bias for action with attention to detail
- Positive attitude towards service delivery
SALARY : Rs. 3.0 Lac p.a
